We have co-ed and men's teams in Hirsch and Brawner Divisions which are reformed each year via a draft of all interested players and a division (Cuthbertson) for complete teams.

All persons registered by April 1st will be placed on a team.

Please read these registration forms carefully, Complete the forms with address, phone numbers and birth date Etc. and return all. The more you complete, the better we are able to serve you.

Please remember to sign the consent form and include full payment.

1.  FEES (note:$5.00 extra if paying on line)

1.1. The 2012 fee for returning members is $155.00 (add $30.00 if paid after April 1, 2012)

Note: $20 is refundable if the requested volunteer time is put in.

Note: Cuthbertson Division players must add $40 to cover the costs of official Umpires for each game.

1.2. The 2012 fee for NEW members and persons wishing to be put on the SPARE list is $185.00 Note: Cuthbertson Division players must add $40 for Umpires. New Members and New Spares must download the New Player forms and mail in the full package.

1.3. Fees entitle you to a “T” shirt and hat which you keep, your (one ticket) prepaid admission to our “Wind-Up” Banquet and dance ($40value), (on Fri. Sept 14th) and Association operating expenses.

Fees also include a $20 volunteers fee which is refundable at the wind-up banquet, or at the AGM, if the required volunteer effort is made during the season.

1.4. Members who join after June 15th may have their base fee adjusted if approved by the Draft and Player Placement Committee.

1.5. Returning "AA" team members must also register and may update their personal information on-line.

1.6. "ASCSRA" membership will no longer be included or required in our standard registration package. Anyone wishing or requiring "ASCSRA" membership will be required to apply for membership on there own. Standard membership forms (2 pages) for "ASCSRA" are : ascsra1.pdf 

1.7. The non-playing Associate member fee is $20.

 2.  You will be placed onto a team based on your perceived skill level. All members will be drafted by Hirsch Division selectors first and all remaining members and those who requested Brawner will then be drafted by the Brawner Division selectors. Hopefully most, if not all players are in the division for which they are best suited.

3. The league consists of three divisions called the BRAWNER, HIRSCH, & CUTHBERTSON. The BRAWNER is for those players of any skill level who wish to play a more relaxed level of ball. HIRSCH divisions are for those players who have the desire and ability to play a more demanding level of ball. The Cuthbertson division is now our "AA" division for persons who have formed a team and wish to play together. This is for the highest calibre of players who intend to enter Provincial and National events.

 4. Regardless of your assessment you may choose (but are not guaranteed) either of the Hirsch or Brawner Divisions. You will be drafted - no higher than your request.
